This issue contains stories on psychoanalyst Dr. Rollo May speaking at Mt. Tahoma High School auditorium; the Associated Students budget; new course Volcanoes of the Pacific Northwest (Geology 293) taught by Dr. Jack H. Hyde; Titan men's basketball news; screenings of the films Loneliness of the Long Distance Runner and Silent Running; a fundraiser for Pierce County dialysis patients by Contemporary Biological Problems (Biology 106) students; Black History Week.
Also includes calendar with events and deadlines; syndicated column by Jack Anderson and Joe Spear on Washington DC political news; announcements regarding spring sports, commending instructor Joanne McCarthy for her invited publications in Pierce County Poetry; ads and classified ads; Obi Society sponsored Black Heritage Week schedule; a brief syndicated story from Earth News on statistics students doing an applied field course in a Bahamas casino.
Two-page insert is a February and March activities calendar, and includes a call for Program Board members, images of upcoming performers, and a list of TCC clubs and their meeting information.
