Student newspaper of the Tacoma Community College. This issue is numbered volume IX, number 21 and is eight pages.
This issue contains stories on a student center questionnaire; the TCC Garden Project; TCC Friends of the Library founder John H. Binns being awarded Honorary Life Member by the Washington State Library Association; campus crime and security staff reductions; changes to class scheduling; available scholarships; a potential increase in the state projection of enrollments, which would assist with funding; the 1974-1975 men's basketball schedule; the bowling team's performance in the TCC Invitational Bowling Tournament; the tennis playoffs for the state tournament; track team members competing in a state meet; the end of the golf team's season; four TCC instructors being selected as Outstanding Educators of America for 1974.
Also includes a detailed Jubilee schedule; letters to the editor criticizing the previous guest editorial on the student election, promoting the Jubilee, calling for support of the Women's Center; editorial on student involvement on campus; ads and classified ads; a guest article from new student president Paula Plamondon on her goals; a photo of cafeteria chef Domi Petrinovich and an announcement of a Lasagna Feed; a chess exhibition by Eric Tangborn; sports editorial on the Special Olympics in Spanaway; an apology for a photo credit mixup in the previous issue; community college golf final standings.
Announcements include lost and found items in the security office; final call for pickup of unsold book swap books; tickets on sale for the drama production of Androcles and the Lion; a visit by a Lewis and Clark College representative; scholarship applications deadline; a presentation by Seattle Times photographer Josef Scaylea for the the Friends of the Library annual dinner meeting; a graduation dinner and dance; two lectures by Dr. Gilles Quispel, "Gnosis and the Liberated Woman" and "Solzhenitsyn and Dostoyevski"; need for host families for visiting Japanese students in the summer; summer quarter pre-enrollment requirements for veterans.
