Student newspaper of the Tacoma Community College. This issue is numbered volume IX, number 17 and is eight pages.
This issue contains stories on an upcoming summer visit by 40 Japanese college students and the need for host families; student senate news, including updates on the daycare proposal, concerns about funding for a new student building; student government elections; Lucia Corsi winning the Miss Pierce County Pageant; a Chess Club tournament; the archery team's performance at the Washington State Collegiate Indoor Archery Championships; track team performance at the Fruit Bowl Invitational Track Meet; the new baseball team; the men's basketball team being congratulated by the County Commissioners; an upcoming performance series from Ballet Tacoma; veterans' tutoring assistance.
Also includes an editorial praising the outgoing student leadership, especially President Judy Gomez; a photo of Chi Coltrane announcing her concert at the UPS Fieldhouse; ads and classified ads; Student Programs calendar; photo portraits and statements by student government candidates; sports editorial on the baseball team and spring training.
