Student newspaper of the Tacoma Community College. This issue is numbered volume VIII, number 20 and is eight pages.
This issue contains stories on campus improvements including a new parking lot, landscaping, playfield and occupational education building planning; the Tacoma Art Museum; the Model United Nationals team participating in the Western area conference; icebreakers for conversation; spring on campus; tennis team news; track and field team participating in the Fruit Bowl Invitational in Yakima; golf team wins; the bowling team winning a tournament at Pacific Lutheran University; candidates for student senate.
Also includes editorial on the shift toward vocational training at the community colleges; letters to the editor regarding the Asian-American Student Union being invited to participate in Japanese Culture Week too late, Don Reynolds being disruptive at Activities Council meetings, disagreement with requirements for student election candidacy; a photo of Fullbright scholar Dr. Norimato Iino receiving a key to the city from Mayor Gordon Johnston; sports editorial on the possible layoff of track coach Ed Fisher; ads and classified ads; health column on available health services on campus; a humorous column on warts; a proposed constitutional amendment; student president and senator duties.
