This issue contains stories on a campus panel discussing President Richard Nixon's term in office and election strategy; successful student advocacy for more Chemistry 101 classes; student senate news, including the representative to the Washington Associate of Community College Student Governments (WACCSG) asking for more engagement in lobbying; Senate bills regarding college syllabuses and student loans; TCC faculty appearing on KTVW show "Project 13" to discuss student financial aid, student reading; the assignment of political science instructor Thomas R. Hulst as statewide coordinator for the expansion of community-related education at community colleges; the TCC Library-led publication of a bibliography of Black literature and other materials, an indigenous bibliography, and an upcoming bibliography of drug-related topics; athletics news on Titans men's basketball games, including a game with the University of Washington; a new proposed federal bill for veterans.
