This issue contains stories on the drama department production of Little Murders; coverage of speakers at the "Law and Justice Week" event including Tacoma NAACP chapter president and lawyer Jack Tanner, District Court Judge Filis Otto, provost marshal Lt. Col. Ray W. Berg, Major Ralph L. Lurker; upcoming open forums regarding a propose all-college senate; the forensics team winning multiple trophies at a community college meet in Portland; student senate news including an attempt to recall the Challenge editors, supporting Los Unidos in meeting with Challenge staff regarding racism allegations; tennis team news; track team wins at a meet in Shoreline; the golf team winning the NWAA Western Division; the new and unique TCC Ethnic Studies Lab; the creation of a fund for the family of student Jess Sutherlin, who died of a heart attack, with two poems by Sutherlin; a proposed book bank for textbook rentals; TCC benefits and policies for veterans.
