This issue contains stories on student Senate budget issues; conflict over funds allegedly promised by administration to the Senate; the upcoming Black History Week sponsored by Obi Society; Los Angeles mayor Tom Yorty speaking on "free enterprise and national strength"; Titans men's basketball; the availability of the gym for student use; the upcoming Sports Car Club Trophy Autocross; fictional tale "The TCC Kid"; the Black Panther Party and upcoming appearance on campus; the Associated Women Students Abortion Week programs; the temporary portable buildings on campus; the College Achievement Program from the Educational Development Center in California; Community Involvement Committee projects; a student meeting to form a TCC Student Mobilization Committee to End the War in Vietnam chapter; upcoming concerts and dances sponsored by the Entertainment Committee; recent Forensics Club trophies on display in the Resource Center.
