This issue contains stories on student government news, including an endorsement of the grape boycott of Safeway to support striking farm workers; the upcoming participation of Forensics Team members in the National Community College Forensics Championship; a planned Biafra benefit dance; an upcoming appearance by Southern Christian Leadership Conference co-leader Hosea Williams, sponsored by the Political Science Forum; proposed tree planting project for Campus Day to assist Plant Manager Frank Mitchell in planting several thousand trees on campus; track team, golf team, and tennis team news; a TCC student bowling team in the league at Tower Lanes; the end of basketball season awards banquet; the non-profit Shelter Half Coffee House for GIs; an art exhibition by "freelance" artist Jay Tronsdale.
