This issue contains stories on the cooperative work by Pierce County libraries to build a Black bibliography, led by TCC librarian Richard Aiken and cover illustrated by art instructor Frank Dippolito; an upcoming dance with music by the Fragile Lime on Bainbridge Island with the Virginia V steamship providing transportation; resignation of Board of Trustees Chairman Frank Cooper; upcoming commencement exercises; planned "community service" courses (no tests, grades, credits); community colleges news; perspectives on sensitivity training; a proposal by Civic Improvement Alliance Chairman Karl J.
